I don’t want to pay now at registration, can I pay later?


I don’t want to pay my fees online. What do I need to do?


Please visit http://www.nuigalway.ie/student_fees for fee payment deadlines. However, the Fees Office would strongly recommend that you pay your student levy of €224 immediately. This will not be covered by a SUSI grant and will be subject to a late payment penalty of €200 if it is not paid by 31st October 2015.


You can request a bank giro online to pay these fees by logging into your account at www.nuigalway.ie/fees. Your Username is your ID number and your password is your CASS account password.


Next you will be presented with a summary of your registration.


Once you have registered it can take 24 hours for your email account, library account and Blackboard account (where relevant) to be activated.


HEA Equal Access Survey


The HEA (Higher Education Authority) require us to survey students on their social, economic and cultural background at registration on their behalf. The survey is confidential and responses provided are returned to the HEA without names or addresses. Please see www.hea.ie for more information.
