Honeywell Access Systems provides a variety of database services including repairs and upgrades, custom reports and card tests for the Honeywell Access Systems product line. ON-SITE SERVICES


Honeywell Access Systems’ on-site services offer great value to our customers. Our highly trained staff of regional technical managers (RTMs) offers two different types of on-site services:


• On-Site Troubleshooting Assistance – If a job site has developed a problem that proves too complex for the dealer to handle without assistance, a Honeywell RTM may be dispatched to the job site after an assessment is made by a Honeywell inside technical support professional and the customer. Please refer to the pricing summary for current rates.


• Planned On-Site Commissioning – An RTM is available to visit an end user site or customer location to assist with system commissioning. Training, troubleshooting, diagnostics, consulting and advanced level programming are among the commissioning- related services that a Honeywell RTM can provide.

Our system commissioning service is designed to assist the dealer with the process of turning over a complete security management system project using Honeywell products. Honeywell Access Systems assumes that installation is essentially complete prior to an on-site visit. Although the Honeywell RTM performs primarily system specific tasks, we also offer the flexibility to cover items outside of our normal scope of services. This allows us to provide custom solutions that best meet the needs of each customer. Please refer to the pricing summary for current rates. Planned on-site services may be arranged by visiting the Honeywell Access Systems’ Customer Information Management (CIM) Web site at www.hascim.com. After navigating to the site, click on the Dealer link and the site will direct you to the login screen. If you do not have ready access to the CIM, please contact Honeywell Customer Service and Support at (800) 467-5875 for scheduling and pricing.
