CIM / FACTORY & ON-SITE TRAINING CUSTOMER INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CIM)
Honeywell Access Systems’ Customer Information Management (CIM) system is an innovative eBusiness solution that empowers users to optimize the profitability and productivity of their organizations through anytime online access to critical information and interactive management tools. The CIM can be accessed via the Internet at
www.hascim.com. To obtain your log-on credential, please contact your regional sales manager or inside sales representative. They are ready to provide you with the means to access a wealth of information!
Once in the CIM system you can obtain: • Listings of all interactions with the Honeywell Customer Support Group to track the status of open technical support call tickets, databases and/or PCs sent in for repair and card tests • Reports to show business trends and activity of listed job sites • Information about the Honeywell Access Systems’ technical library, knowledge base, and drivers
• Product information • Product technical drawings
The CIM can also be used as a centralized resource for requesting and scheduling on-site services, enrolling in training courses, participating in surveys, taking certification exams online and much more.
FACTORY AND ON-SITE TRAINING
Registration and Schedules Training registration and schedules can be found on the CIM. New dealers can contact their Honeywell sales representative for further details.
Classes
Because we limit the size of our classes in order to ensure personal hands-on training, early registration is highly recommended. All dates and locations are subject to change. All registrations are processed through the CIM Web site.
Audience
Installation technicians, service technicians and project managers comprise the majority of students who attend our training classes.
Certification Credentials
Students who attend and pass a WIN-PAK or PassPoint course exam will receive a Training Certification ID card in the mail. This credential may be needed at some sites prior to placing a request to Honeywell Access Systems for technical support.

Upon completion of the course, students will be directed via e-mail to an on-line testing site where a final examination will be administered which measures the student’s comprehension of the course material. A passing grade must be achieved to obtain product certification. Additional information about course enrollment, testing and fees can be found in the CIM.
Pricing
Pricing for factory and on-site training can be found on the CIM Web site at
www.hascim.com. You will be required to provide a credit card or purchase order number for training class registration.
