A Taste of the Islands


Beginning in 2011, we are honored and delighted to offer the culinary delights of Jean-Pierre Vigato, owner and Chef Propriétaire of the world-renowned, two-star Michelin-rated Apicius restaurant in Paris. His signature menu will be featured at La Veranda, with signature dishes also offered at L’Etoile.


In addition, Chef Vigato will join us on our July 30, 2011, departure sailing to the Cook Islands and Society Islands. As our special guest, he will prepare gourmet dishes and offer demonstrations of his culinary techniques.


L’Etoile Enjoy fine continental cuisine with a Polynesian accent amid classic pearwood, cherry, and mahogany furnishings and fluted shell lighting reminiscent of the refined dining establishments in Paris. Here, delectable cuisine is artfully presented and guests receive the most diligent attention.


La Veranda La Veranda’s floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor and al fresco seating, and refined atmosphere make it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and lunch. At dinner, La Veranda is transformed into an elegant French bistro offering chef Vigato’s signature menu and a fine selection of wine.


Le Grill Greet the sun with a buffet breakfast, or enjoy lunch by the pool on a choice of grilled favorites, salads, and fresh tropical fruits. At night, Le Grill is transformed into a cozy restaurant serving grilled Pacific specialties in a more casual atmosphere.


Select wines are generously poured at each of our restaurants, compliments of the house, and vegetarian and low-carb options are available upon request.
