WHICH RYA COURSE IS FOR YOU?

Our accredited Royal Yachting Association sail school develops student’s knowledge and practical skills progressively through the cruising scheme. If you are new to sailing the RYA Start Yachting weekend is the first step of the training programme.

Depending on your pre course experience and knowledge, if any, then the table below indicates where you are likely to fit into the RYA cruising scheme. You may then choose to move on to the next level of the scheme depending on your personal aspirations, whether you wish to crew for others, enjoy flotilla sailing holidays, charter or purchase your own yacht.
