Responsibility (85%), career progression (84%) and management style (83%) are the top three factors when it comes to job satisfaction, which is consistent with last year’s results. Working environment slipped back from 79% to 75% this year, while training/devel- opment increased from 69% to 73% and these two factors illustrated the most significant year on year movements.
