How important are the following factors in making your current employer an employer of choice?

Of the 63% of respondents who consider that they are working for an “employer of choice”, the key factors are business vision/future potential (83%), company values & ethics (81%) and leadership management style (78%). Interestingly reward & recognition dropped from 78% last year to 74% this year.
