Keppel ends year with record rig
deliveries
Keppel FELS Limited delivered 13 rigs during 2009, all of which were
delivered on time and within budget. The shipyard’s latest offering is the sixth
of seven semisubmersible drilling tenders (SSDT) for Seadrill Limited.
