Energy is sometimes lost by relinquishing personal power or stifling expres-
sion, and might show up physically in the diaphragm. During a bodywork session,
laughter, as other responses, may indicate a shift in a client’s energy. Through
laughing the whole body is activated and energy moves. This helps to restore
health and unwind connective tissue.
