nidym, Inc, a majority-owned subsidiary of Arrowhead
Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ARWR), has entered
into a joint development agreement with Samsung Electro-
nics Co., Ltd. to extend their successful collaboration into
a third year. The companies have been working jointly to
integrate carbon nanotube materials as the transparent con-
ductive layer in display devices. In the past 12 months of the
collaboration, Samsung Electronics has used Unidym’s film
product to demonstrate the world’s first 14.3-inch color
electrophoretic display (EPD).
Unidym has signed further a definitive agreement to create a
joint venture partnership with Wisepower, a publicly traded
Korean company (KOSDAQ: 040670), to market and co-de-
velop Unidym’s proprietary film and electronic ink products
into the Korean touch panel and display industries.

issum Research Development Company Ltd., the techno-
logy transfer arm of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
presents EtoClean™, a new antiviral hand sanitizer which
has been found to be highly effective against the swine
flu virus. The novel product was invented by Professor Elka
Touitou from the School of Pharmacy, of the faculty of Me-
dicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is being
developed by Novel Therapeutic Technologies (NTT), a
spin-off company of Yissum.
