promise, but died twice before filling in
across the course at about 11:30am.
Derek Campbell's Banshee handily
won the regatta in her fourteen boat
fleet with only seven points. The
second place boat, Flash, finished with
24 points. Shrek's consistent finishes
in the top part of the fleet put them in
third. White Cloud started the first race

to the gas dock for supplies, then the
crew was disappointed that when they
were leading the second race by a good
margin, the race committee cancelled

What? a Tripp! was leading Sunday
morning, but Veloce got Tripp in the last
couple of races, taking the win for the
regatta. On Sunday's first race, when
the wind shifted right, Tripp was in the
right spot. In the next race, Tripp chose
the wrong side of the course where the
wind got light.

racing was tight with only a minute
