Try joining motifs by connecting them as
you crochet. To join, substitute one ch
for one sl st at each ch-5 sp corners and
second ch-2 sp from corner.
Motifs together:
Keeping the yarn colour the same
and joining four motifs creates
more of a Celtic look

Using worsted-weight yarn and by changing
colours, crochet one motif for a pillow. Using DK-
weight yarn join motifs for a lovely shawl. Using
crochet cotton, join a number of motifs for a table
cloth. Using crochet thread, join a strip of motifs,
then dip fabric stiffener and mould to your wrist
for a fun bangle bracelet.
