The curve in the sleeve ribbon can be achieved by a gradually increasing the
number of stitches in a row. The curve allows the sleeve to narrow as it reaches
the wrist, ending in a point that can be looped around the middle finger.
As an alternative, the point is easily removed by leaving off the greyed section
of the ribbon.
