the world, expertly and with
complete discretion
enables the Private Office to call on and collate
Savills expertise in various departments, while
retaining personal oversight at all times. The
Private Office would co-ordinate the Savills
specialists, provide the necessary background
information and bring together the separate
conclusions into a final recommendation or
report that is balanced, comprehensive and
mindful of the broader context.
The Private Office database
Many clients prefer not to give their personal
information to large organisations that operate a
centralised database. For this reason the Private
Office operates its own secure database, which can
only be accessed by authorised personnel and is
entirely separate from Savills database. Advice and
information will remain secure within the Private
Office at all times and will not be divulged to third
parties without the permission of our clients.
Formidable research
Savills possesses a property research department
that is second to none. This research can be
made available via the Private Office and can be
commissioned on a specialist basis via the Private
Office, ensuring that our clients remain informed
and up-to-date with all market trends.
