Hitherto largely focused on the construction sector, UK-based Protec International Ltd is bringing its new flame retardant, temporary self-adhesive carpet protector, Carpet Shield FR to a maritime audience. We are aware that temporary protection is already widely used, and are in the process of establishing what accreditation is required over and above the LPS standard. LPS1207 is the recognised industrial standard for temporary protection
