The standard hog roast caters for up to 100 people (sit down
plate meals) or up to 150 (buffet style). So however many
guests you have, we are confident we can feed the demand.
Paul Smith Butchers is fully flexible - you can either cook the
premium quality meat yourself or have our professionals do it for
you. We are ideal for marquee weddings or any outdoor venue.
What can be better than enjoying a warm bacon butty whilst
watching a fireworks display or other outdoor entertainment?
Our roasters are of the highest quality. They all have fully
enclosed ends which keep the heat in and make the meat
cook quicker and more tenderly. They are also very light and
can be moved by just one person. The gas regulator makes
them easy to use and efficient. Simply set the desired
temperature and the heater will keep the temperature
constant. The visible thermometer also allows you to adjust
your roasting based on temperature and cooking times.
Don't want to go for the whole hog? We also provide Spitroast
Topside of Beef or Spitroast Whole Lamb. A combination
roast is available if you would rather have a mixture of roasted
meats. Paul’s Hog Roast offers catering with a difference.
