Cantifix Limited, whose registered office is at Unit 22 Garrick Industrial Centre, Irving Way,
London, NW9 6Q, offer a Guarantee of the Component Parts of the order, subject to the
terms and conditions set out below.

Definitions

In this Guarantee, unless words are otherwise defined in the Order, they shall have the
following meanings:

Order the contract between the customer and Cantifix for the supply of
goods specified above.
Component Parts the component parts that make up the whole or part of the Order

Time Limit the period of time set out under the heading @Maximum Time Limits’
alongside each Component Part.

Unless otherwise stated, Cantifix guarantees each Component Part against the event set
against it for a period not exceeding the relevant Time Limit:
Component Event Time Limit
(i) Aluminium Corrosion 5 years
(ii) Paint – syntha pulvin Discolouration 5 years
(iii) Glass Breakdown of seal 5 years
(iv) Locks, handles, hinges & runners Non-operation 12 months
