his is our first monthly digital only edition. Each will be out by the
T
middle of each month and its contents will be similar to this issue.
Emphasis will be on news stories as they are happening and therefore
bring to life some of the issues we cover on the website every day.
The issues will be free to view but cannot be downloaded
The best of the digital issues will join other features in our quarterly printed editions which grow
to over 60 pages to accommodate the increased content. These issues will be four colour
throughout and we are to redesign our existing format to reflect
the increased space and content we have. The issues are
only available by subscription or download for a fee from the
website.
We will also produce two supplements in 2009, the first will
be a Charter Guide the second a Boat Buyers Guide. These
will be stand alone publications but will be mailed out with
quarterly issues. They will be for subscribers only and will also
be available to download for a fee from the website.
Our website is also to undergo a small makeover to make navigation around it easier and to
increase content. We will be providing more information on manufacturers and their boats to help
those seeking a boat. We are going to update our directory to provide more links from the site.
Our shop has changed and we are adding more products, including boat tests and recent issues
for shoppers to download. We will also bundle up some of the features we have produced;
cruising destinations, performance cruising, voyaging, advice on purchasing etc so that they can
be purchased as packages of articles.
Our Brokerage search facility is a very powerful feature of the site and if you are seeking a boat
then use it.
As ever there is much to do and we will work toward providing as much relevant news and
information as you require. If you have suggestions please let us know.
