Annual Meeting of the Members of


Southwest Rural Electric Association, Inc. Tipton, Oklahoma


The annual meeting of the members of Southwest Rural Electric Association,


Inc., will be held in the Wilbarger Memorial Auditorium, Vernon, Texas, on Thursday, August 13, 2015.


Registration will begin at 2:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:55 p.m. The business meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m. to take action on the following matters:


1. The report of the officers, trustees and committees; 2. Any other business that may legally come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

District Meetings


Set for September 8 SWRE members who receive electric service in Districts 3, 6, and 9 will hold district meetings on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at the following locations:


Technology


District 3, noon, Southwest Center, Altus,


Oklahoma. Don Proctor represents District 3 members on the SWRE Board.


District 6, 7:30 p.m., Wilbarger Auditorium, Vernon, Texas. Ronnie Swan is the District 6 board member.


District 9, 6:00 p.m., Zion Lutheran Church south of Vernon. Jimmy Holland represents District 9 members.


Meeting notices will be mailed to SWRE members in these areas.
