MOAA Seeks a New CFO


MOAA seeks candidates for the position of associa- tion vice president, Finance and Operations, and chief financial officer (CFO). The CFO is responsible for all financial and fiscal manage- ment aspects of MOAA’s operations, including its subsidiary organizations — the MOAA Scholarship Fund, Voices for America’s Troops, and the MOAA Mili- tary Family Initiative. The CFO provides leader- ship and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting fi- nance, and budgeting work of the association. The CFO reviews, analyzes, inter- prets, and reports financial information to provide strategic direction to the association. The CFO is an officer of the corporation, elected by the board of di- rectors. The position is open to all highly qualified candi- dates. Among equally quali- fied candidates, a former or retired military officer is preferred.
