Hamilton International Technology Park (HITP) is one of the UK’s most successful Enterprise Zone, and is home to circa 70 companies including Scottish Power (2 buildings), Babcock Rail (2 buildings), HSBC, John Lewis and Centrica. Circa 6,700 people are currently employed on site with a further 3,500+ students studying at UWS throughout the year.
The Park extends to 116 acres and provides 1.3million sq. ft. of high quality accommodation, including EcoCampus – the UK’s first Carbon Neutral development, providing BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office space and now home to the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), having recently opened its new Lanarkshire Campus in September 2018.
Serviced offices at International House, continue to provide a wide range of accommodation with small suites from 200 sq.ft. to 14,000 sq.ft. across a full floor.
