Katie Feuerbach Offers Meditation During March Madness
A
re you feeling
overwhelmed, anxious and lacking quality sleep? You are not alone. And, there is something you can do naturally! Try Yoga Nidra with Katie Feuerbach, LMT. Yoga Nidra has been practiced for
centuries, and she learned this technique from the renowned yoga master Amrit Desai. During her sessions, participants reach a meditative state without losing the awareness of their surroundings. She guides you through a 35-45 minute meditation in which you are fully clothed, and covered with a blanket, laying on a yoga mat. (For those who are not able to lay on a mat, a comfortable seated position also works.) Each session is like taking a mini-
vacation and coming back refreshed and renewed. Profound benefits include improved mental clarity and athletic / job performance. Yoga Nidra also helps maintain a balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Tap into your inner state of calmness and experience joy and peace. It is her sincere wish to share
this practice with all ages. She offers these sessions privately or in group settings. Packages are available. Owner/ Founder of Infinity Meditation and Massage in Winter Park, Katie Rekha Feuerbach, LMT, Retired ATC can be reached at 772-834-8605 or by email at
katie98feuerbach@gmail.com Also, on Saturday, March 5 she will
be offering sports massages and meditations during the 9th
Annual Best Damn Race at Lake Eola, Downtown Orlando. 10 Central Florida
