Celebrity Vegan Chef Sandi Morais Author: Sensational Vegan Recipes

C Connect. Respect. Coexist. A

s a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Imagine Our Florida is on a mission to educate and empower the people of Florida to become a voice for our wildlife, advocate for environmental stewardship, and coexist within our unique ecosystems.

Their science-based educational programs are designed to show how in the absence of human intervention, Nature will regulate wildlife populations through embryonic diapause, trophic cascade, and other natural means. They share, “We teach people to connect with our wildlife by understanding their role in the ecosystem and how like us, they too want to live and raise their families peacefully. We change fear into respect through an understanding of animal behavior. We teach folks how to safely coexist with our wild friends.” Once again, a Florida bear hunt is “on the table.” Visit their booth at Earth Fest on April 29 at Concord Park in Casselberry. You will learn to respect and coexist with Florida Black Bears with their interactive hands-on display.

Katie Feuerbach Offers Myofascial Release: a Non-Linear Approach to Balance

L

ooking to regain a sense of calm in the storm of life? Anyone can regain their balance if the approach is

working with the body—instead of feeling the pain from traditional deep tissue methods. Katie Feuerbach, LMT shares, “The techniques I

learned from John Barnes and his staff have been life changing for myself, as well as my clients. The long sustained low impact application to the musculoskeletal resistance patterns allows for the fascia to rehydrate and lengthen the connective tissue matrix. Thus, resulting in a decrease of the severity in trigger points, tightness and other conditions that contribute to stressful loads upon the body.” Research supports that a softer approach aids the body’s ability to heal

itself. “After over 30 years of receiving various forms of manual therapies and traditional soft tissue modalities, there was this consistent feeling of ‘this is not it; there has to be something else to have more lasting results’.” Her focus has transformed: How did the injury happen? How do I motivate the mind-body connection to heal from pain? As founder of Infinity Meditation & Massage, Katie is currently available

at your home or office. Her other modalities include Yoga Nidra Meditation, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio-Energetic Techniques and Dolphin MPS. Katie Feuerbach, LMT (License: MA#72353) welcomes your questions at: 772-834-8605 or email at katie98feuerbach@gmail.com
