700 MHz to 6 GHz Single Band Units
Now you can have Class A designs when linearity is the driving force, as in EMC and wireless applications OR Class AB designs when increased power and efficiency is paramount for EW applications. Standard 6 GHz modular designs provide up to 50 watts P out while benchtops are capable of delivering up to 500 watts CW.
AR now offers the widest Class A solid state frequency range coverage in a single amplifier housing. Our widest bandwidth designs cover 0.7 to 10.6 GHz in a dual band configuration. These amplifiers come in a band split configuration from 0.7 to 4.2
GHz and 4 to 10.6 GHz. Output powers provide up to 80 watts for the lower band split while the higher band provides up to 40 watts.
Solid State Pulsed Amplifiers 0.8 to 4 GHz Pulse, Up to 150,000 Watts For automotive and military EMC radiated immunity susceptibility testing, as well as radar and communication applications, there is now a very attractive alternative to Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA’s). Single Band Class A Amplifiers Up to 40 Watts CW AR’s solid-state amplifiers covering the 6 – 18 GHz frequency range. Excellent gain flatness and ∞ to 1 output protection. Output powers of 20 & 40 watts available. Ideal for EW & radiated susceptibility testing.
