Bellway retains five-star status as nine in ten customers would recommend


Te team behind Bellway’s housing developments in Newport have helped the developer to secure five-star builder status by delivering exemplary levels of customer satisfaction. Bellway is currently building new homes at Monks Meadow in Llanwern and Sovereign Chase in Rogerstone. More than nine in ten customers who responded to the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey said they would recommend Bellway to a friend. Tis takes Bellway above the required level to achieve a five-star rating – the highest accolade a new homes developer can achieve.
