Wyburn and Wayne announced as new Health Charity Patrons


Welsh art will feature heavily at the National Botanic Garden of Wales Antiques Fair and Vintage Market on 5th and 6th October. With a huge collection on display including paintings by Kyffin Williams and Ceri Richards. An example of Gareth Tomas' painting of his father on a beach in the Gower will also be on display. At the National Botanic Garden you will also see Welsh pottery, Welsh Textiles, Silver, Jewellery and furniture. Te Vintage Antiques Market will be showing off vintage toys, clothing and retro furniture, brocante, gardinalia plus numerous up cycled furniture and quirky items. Tis is a new and exciting

Te Antiques Fair and Vintage market at the prestigious National Botanic Garden of Wales can be found at Llanarthne, Carmarthenshire SA32 8HG at the end of the M4; with ample free parking inside the grounds. Te fair opens its doors at 10am and closes at 4.30pm; admission is just £5 to both the gardens and the fair. Dogs are allowed to be walked on a short lead at the weekend fair. CARDIFF & Vale Health Charity is have announced that local celebrities Nathan Wyburn and Wayne Courtney have been chosen as Patrons of the charity. Nathan and Wayne are long-term supporters of Cardiff & Vale Health Charity and have hosted the PROP Blue Tie Ball and the Cardiff Bay Bed Push Challenge, as well as getting involved in the promotion of all of the Health Charity’s events. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, which supports the work of two of the largest hospitals in Wales: University Hospital of Wales and University Hospital Llandough plus the


wider UHB healthcare providers across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Te Health Charity manages over 300 separate funds, supporting every area of health care, providing equipment, research, treatment and patient care that is not normally funded from the NHS budget. Nathan and Wayne have kick-started their fundraising for the Health Charity by holding Roath Rocks Divas Live Night which will be held on 20th September at St. Andrew’s Church, Roath.
