2020 THINK
RELOCATE AWARDS EMBRACING THE CHANGES ACROSS
INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT & MOBILITY F
or many years, we have been covering the wider international management agenda, including leadership, inclusion and diversity, and health and wellbeing across our media. Now these have been incorporated into a new
model, which encapsulates eight topics critical to all organisations – local, regional and global – that put people at the heart of what they do in a fast-paced changing world. At the Festival of Global People in May 2019, Ben Renshaw
explained the value of purpose for organisations, teams and individuals in driving growth and an engaged workforce. In the 2020 Awards, we recognise the attributes of purpose and leadership to further the sustainable growth of international organisations and those managing global teams. The start of a new decade is the perfect time to embrace change
across the international management and mobility agenda and to revisit the Relocate Awards to reflect the attributes of collaboration, innovation, inclusion and global mindedness required, to succeed in new and existing markets. As reflected in the coverage of international management,
the HR agenda and the CIPD’s professional model, as well as the global mobility agenda, we have acknowledged priorities for leadership teams across global companies, and have taken on board productivity issues, global talent shortages and the importance of inspiring individuals and organisations to perform at a higher level. Our eight priority areas, which include global mobility, connect international managers across local, regional and global markets.
This enables us to promote core values and drivers for change, inspiring thought leadership that reflects best practice across the international management space.
