Expanding industrial embroidery capabilities

ZSK continues to push the boundaries of industrial embroidery with the introduction of the RACER Compact series, alongside a major expansion of the RACER II range with the new S line models. The newly launched RACER Compact series is a fi rst-of-its-kind solution within the embroidery industry. Built on ZSK’s proven SPRINT slimline chassis, it delivers genuine multi-head embroidery in a space-saving format. This breakthrough design makes industrial multi-head production accessible to businesses where fl oor space has traditionally been a limiting factor, offering a powerful solution for small businesses and start-up embroiderers looking to scale effi ciently.

Designed for productivity, the RACER Compact series offers consistent stitching speeds of up to 1,200 stitches per minute, a slim tubular arm, 18 needles per head, and production-enhancing features such as fast colour change and rapid thread trimming. The range is being introduced with a twin- head confi guration, with a four-head model scheduled to follow later in the year. In parallel, ZSK has further enhanced the performance of its established RACER II series with the introduction of the new RACER II-S models. In addition to the existing W models with wide head spacing, the range now includes S models with a standard 400 mm head distance, making them ideally suited to tubular embroidery. Each head features 18 needles, giving users greater fl exibility for complex designs and frequent colour changes. The RACER II-S models now operate at increased stitching speeds of up to 1,400 stitches per minute, delivering even higher productivity without compromising stitch quality. Combined with fast colour change and fast thread trimming as standard, the new S line further strengthens ZSK’s reputation for building some of the most reliable, high-performance embroidery machines available.

Designed and manufactured in Germany, both the RACER Compact and RACER II-S ranges refl ect true German engineering, providing long-term durability, consistent results, and confi dence for embroidery businesses investing for the future.
