Global Policing
There is now an additional requirement when shortlisting candidates for interviews to carry out a full internet search on that person. It is suggested that to make this process fair, schools could use an external company to do this.
Global Policing is a well-established organisation working with schools run by ex-senior police officers. We can carry out a full internet search on behalf of your school and provide an independent report to ensure you meet your requirement on this new addition.
Our searches will be vast and extensive, looking at open-source information and socials and our report back to you will highlight any issues or concerns we find for you to consider during the recruitment process.
