Last month saw Bett UK open its doors at London ExCeL. Here’s a look at some of the highlights from the UK’s biggest and best event in edtech.
Day One
Taskmaster Education: The joy of learning In the first Arena session we experienced the fun of tasking firsthand from Taskmaster Education. This interactive session explored how tasking builds confidence and develops key skills in young people.
The return of gamechanging programmes Back and even bigger for 2025! TableTalks kicked off as educators discussed all things assessment, AI and cyber security. Tech User Labs delivered priceless CPD content around AI readiness, skills for innovation, data management and more. Partnerships and connections were forged during Connect @ Bett, our game changing meetings programme.

Our busiest session of the day took a deep dive into the possibilities and challenges AI brings, from revolutionising industries to impacting education and redefining the skills our children need for the future world of work - a fitting topic to kick off 2025!
The launch of brand new features Attendees couldn’t get enough of our exciting new features including The Fishbowl - a highly interactive space where educators step into the spotlight. The transformative SEND Village, the tech-driven MSP Village and the inspiring Live Classroom.

Like every Canva session, The Arena was packed! Head of Education, Carly Daff, showcased how AI has the power to spark magical moments where students can become inventors, storytellers and problem-solvers. Attendees left with five practical tips to amplify student creativity through AI.
Privacy first AI with Lenovo
In the Ahead Auditorium, educators discovered how to develop AI systems that not only enhance learning experiences but also comply with privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards. It was a great session helping educators build trust and ensure a safer learning environment.
Day Two
Keynote from professional racing driver, Nicolas Hamilton
Nicolas Hamilton shared his incredible story of triumph over adversity. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Nicolas defied the odds to become a racing driver, inspiring resilience and ambition in young people everywhere.
Rose Luckin on AI in Education
Returning speaker, Rose Luckin, explored how AI is transforming learning and teaching strategies with her nuanced approach of Learn fast, act more slowly. The Arena was packed!
