ot water taps are becoming a popular option for consumers at all levels of the market, whereas just a few years ago they were predominantly a purchase made by those investing in kitchens at the premium end of the scale. According to the recent Houzz UK kitchen trends survey, 24 per cent of respondents installed a steaming hot water tap in their kitchen in the last year or plan to do so in the near future and we would expect this number to increase over the next few years.

The level of convenience that hot water taps offer, coupled with their ease of use, has brought about this change. After all, us Brits love nothing more than a cuppa and with most of us being time poor anything that can be done to speed up frequent daily routines such as making hot drinks
can only be a good thing. As a nation we are becoming much more expectant of our appliances to deliver what we need instantly and the hot water tap does this.
Although hot water taps are becoming more popular, there is still some hesitancy from consumers and this is normally around concerns over safety.
