Hushoffice creates acoustic pods designed to support focus, wellbeing, accessibility and inclusion in educational environments. Schools, colleges and universities are under growing pressure to decarbonise their estates while managing rising energy costs, ageing infrastructure and increasingly extreme weather.

Unlike systems that rely heavily on external air temperatures, geo- exchange can provide a more consistent source and sink throughout the year, helping buildings operate efficiently during both winter and summer extremes.
This creates opportunities for buildings and campuses to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions while improving resilience, comfort and long-term estate performance.
Erda’s technology has been proven through more than a decade of real- world operation. Recent performance data demonstrates the potential: during periods when local air temperatures approached 40°C, an Erda geo-exchange loop maintained a source temperature more than 15°C lower than ambient, supporting system efficiency and reliability when conventional systems are under greatest pressure.
