GNT TO SHOWCASE VIBRANT PLANT-BASED EXBERRY® COLOURS IN FUNCTIONAL FRUIT GUM CONCEPTS

GNT is set to highlight the visual impact of its plant-based EXBERRY® colours with eye-catching functional fruit gum concepts at ISM Ingredients 2026.

Hall 10.1 | Stand J010 H011 G

NT will highlight the creative and commercial potential of its plant-based EXBERRY® colours at ISM Ingredients 2026, presenting a range of eye-catching confectionery concepts

designed to meet the evolving demands of modern consumers. Taking place from February 1–4 in Cologne, ISM Ingredients provides a dedicated platform for ingredient innovation, and GNT will be exhibiting in Hall 10.1 at stand J010 H011. At the event, GNT will demonstrate how EXBERRY® colours can

be used to create visually striking confectionery and snack products while supporting clean-label and sustainability goals. The stand will feature a wide variety of colourful concepts, with a particular focus on functional fruit gums that tap into one of the most dynamic trends in the confectionery sector. Functional confectionery continues to gain momentum as

consumers seek products that combine enjoyment with perceived health or lifestyle benefits. GNT’s six fruit gum concepts have been

developed to reflect this shift, incorporating functional ingredients such as ashwagandha, caffeine, and vitamin C. Each gum is brought to life using bold, energetic, and saturated EXBERRY® colours, carefully selected to visually communicate both the functional benefit and the exotic flavour profile. The concepts showcase a spectrum of vibrant shades, underlining

the versatility of EXBERRY® colours across different formulations. Derived from fruits, vegetables, and plants, EXBERRY® colouring foods enable manufacturers to achieve intense and appealing colours using recognisable ingredients, helping brands to meet rising consumer expectations for transparency and naturality without compromising on visual impact. Throughout ISM Ingredients, GNT’s colour experts will be available to

discuss the showcased concepts in detail and provide guidance on how EXBERRY® colours can be applied across different confectionery and snack applications. Visitors will also be able to explore emerging colour trends and learn how colour can be used strategically to build instant shelf appeal and emotional connections with shoppers. In addition to visual performance, GNT will be highlighting the

Looking ahead to future developments, GNT will also invite visitors to

explore upcoming colour trends for 2026 and beyond. Further insights will be available through the company’s webinar, “Gather Together: New colour Directions for Food & Drink,” which examines how social, cultural, and consumer influences are shaping colour choices across the food and beverage industry. Teresa Fischer, Technical Sales Manager at GNT Group, commented: “EXBERRY® is a plant-based, sustainable colouring solution that can be used to deliver vibrant shades and build instant connections with shoppers. Join us at ISM to discover how we can help you create confectionery that truly resonates with modern consumers.”
