NECTO Studio 6.0 enables developers to bring circuits to life

Enhanced Electrolytic Polymer Hybrid performance: Panasonic Industry unveils ZV Series


Panasonic introduces the new ZV Series, an advanced Electrolytic Polymer Hybrid capacitor, setting new industry standards as regards: Higher Ripple Current: Achieving a maximum Ripple Current (3.3~4.6 Arms) approximately 50% higher than comparable case-sizes from competitors, the ZV Series ensures superior performance in demanding applications. Lower ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance): While comparable capacitors usually come up with a ESR of around 16 mΩ at 35V, the ZV series has a significantly lower ESR of 12 mΩ at this voltage – and thus enhances efficiency and reliability in electronic systems. Miniature cylindrical Conesys MIL-DTL-26482 connectors now available through Powell Electronics


Immediately available through Powell Electronics, the supplier of connectors and more for high-rel applications including defence, aerospace and industrial, are rugged miniature cylindrical Conesys MIL-DTL-26482 connectors (Series II) for commercial, aerospace and military applications. The components feature a reliable bayonet coupling design with rear-removable crimp contacts. The Conesys MIL-DTL-26482 connectors are available with aluminium and stainless steel shells, and there are four receptacle-mounting styles offered: narrow flange wall mounting receptacles, wide flange wall mounting receptacles, cable connecting receptacles and jam nut mounting receptacles which incorporate “O” ring seals, designed for rear panel “D” hole mounting. Plugs are available in two designs, with and without RFI grounding.

Nicomatic introduces new mate-before-lock mechanism for all DMM connectors To improve the speed, ease and security of mating for its MIL-SPEC DMM rugged 2mm pitch metal connectors, leading manufacturer of high-performance interconnect systems, Nicomatic has introduced the D53C, a new captive screw option for all DMM connectors. This new ‘mate-before-lock’ fixing hardware provides rapid, simple and secure mating, preventing contact damage and ensuring the screw cannot be lost. Pickering Introduces Industry's First Miniature SIP Reed Relay with 5kV Stand-off Capability Pickering Electronics, the reed relay company which has pioneered miniaturization and high performance for over 50 years, has added a 5kV stand-off, up to 1.5kV switching version to its single- in-line Series 104 reed relay family. Previously, to achieve a 5kV stand-off rating, a larger, non-SIP (Single-in-Line- Package) relay was required. Four of the new 104 5D parts can fit the same PCB area that


one larger style occupied, even with sufficient clearance space between adjacent parts.
