ur goal for 2023 is to crack the American market. We want 1X2 Network to become a well-known provider across the Americas,
and we believe our games have what it takes to not only meet but exceed player expectations, notably stateside. We will also deliver a regular roadmap of games built with high-quality data insights to ensure optimisation for US player demographics, pushing for industry leading calibres of gaming experience. We also want to add more partners to our growing roster of third-party integrations while capitalising on the reach of our distribution network. 2022 was something of a breakthrough year for 1X2 Network culminating in Alex Ratcliffe joining as chief product officer. This year, we plan to leverage his unrivalled knowledge, skill, and experience to focus even more on elevating our product. We are also making a significant number of new hires to streamline our roadmap process to
allow us to deliver more games more quickly. Data from the production process will be used to allow us to set powerful, achievable targets for game releases, again pushing us closer to tier-one status. The roll-out of regulations will continue in earnest, not only across North America but other markets like LatAm, Africa and Europe. We will also see the tightening of requirements in more established markets – our home in the UK is likely being the most signifi cant here. I also think Arcade Games and non-traditional casino games will continue their upward growth trajectory. They sit at the
crossroads of mobile/video gaming and traditional gambling, and this makes for a hugely entertaining experience for players across a wide range of demographics. These games are perfect for mobile acts as a further catalyst for their continued rise in popularity. In 2023 we are shifting up a gear for sure. This will see plenty of Arcade and non- traditional games leave our production line as well as the return of Iron Dog Studio favourites including Megaways Jack and The Magic Beans and Stampeding Strike. We will expand into new markets with a particular focus on the US and will shift to work even closer with partners both technically and commercially. . We will roll out our new Tournaments product across all games and in all markets and have partnership deals lined up that will round out our offering so that 1X2 Network covers every major game format in the industry and add some formats of our own. Since there is also a new studio in the works – but more on that in a few months’ time.

Continued M&A activity is expected as businesses look to optimise their spend and consolidate across multiple regulated markets, and surely some surprise purchases of industry titans to really shake up the status quo. This will tie in perfectly with our launch in the UK as we’ve now been awarded a licence there, along with our new licence in Romania which will come into effect by about Q3. Wtihin Europe we’re aiming to enter the Italian market, as well as Bulgaria and
Switzerland to grow our presence closer to home. Further afi eld, we’re also launching in Ontario, and have the United States on our radar as well, which we hope to enter in the second half of 2023.
Lastly, our SwinttLive product, which provides classic live casino games, will bring Blackjack and Roulette Odds Up to the market. The Roulette game will feature multipliers on lucky numbers that are randomly selected on each spin, and those multipliers can go up to 1,000 times your bet, which we believe is the highest multiplier in the industry.
