The Ecopack Stage will also present a series of EcoFactor sessions. These will take place throughout the show and will provide a platform for exhibitors to pitch their eco strategies and products to a voting audience, providing them with the platform to highlight their sustainability credentials. Designed to offer sector-specific insights, the show will also present a series of Forums with curated content for the food, drink, pharmaceutical, beauty, and e-commerce industries.

improve productivity and efficiency across the packaging supply chain when Empack 2020 returns to Birmingham’s NEC on 26 & 27 February. The show, alongside it’s co-located events Packaging Innovations, Label&Print, Ecopack, and Contract Pack & Fulfilment, will also host a free-to-attend seminar programme designed to offer tangible insights to visitors, as well as networking opportunities.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES
Over 300 leading suppliers will join the show floor, many of which will be launching their latest solutions. For instance, AM Labels will present its new, extended print capabilities following the introduction of the Epson ColorWorks C6500 Colour Label Printer to its portfolio. The new technology means that the company can meet the needs of small to medium batch customers and offer vibrant and resistant print qualities.
Yorkshire Packaging Systems will unveil its Pizza Capping Film technology, the first of its kind to be OPRL approved and recyclable to LDPE level four. The Bollore BFF shrink film used is converted in- house through a perforation process, allowing it to be provided in any width required.
Atwell Self-Adhesive Labellers will display its range of self-adhesive labelling machines that are engineered to be easy to operate, reliable, and

efficient. The machines include semi-automatic start up systems, plus a range of fully automatic machinery for wraparound bottle labelling. Benoplast will present its wide range of crates, pallets, containers, and lids designed for the transportation and storage of products across a number of industries including food, agricultural, automotive, and electronics.
Sollas will showcase its machinery that
automatically overwraps products, such as cartons, in heat-sealable film, paper, and eco-friendly materials. The machines can be used in a wide range of industries including health and beauty, confectionary, tea and coffee, and pharmaceutical. Automated Packaging Systems will present its series of flexible packaging systems including the Autobag bagging machines and pre-opened bags- on-a-roll. Its unique approach creates a complete packaging solution to improve productivity.
In addition to a busy exhibition floor, the show will also present a series of interactive features and a free-to-attend seminar programme. Set across four stages, the seminars have been designed to provide visitors with takeaway insights that they can apply to their own packaging processes.
For those looking for further inspiration, the Visit the Future Hub will showcase the latest thinking and concepts through a series of specially designed initiatives to offer visitors insights into how the industry is evolving. Joining the zone is the Design Innovation Stage, which will welcome speakers from Pearlfisher, Dixons Carphone, and Innovate UK to bridge the gap between design and technical production.
The Innovation Showcase will also form part of the zone as it displays 12 of the most cutting-edge new products from the show floor. The designs will compete for the coveted prize of ‘Most Innovative Pack’, voted for by visitors and announced on day two of the event.
