 Global engineering technologies company, Renishaw, is pleased to announce changes to its Board of Directors, with the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, Chair and Senior Independent Director.


ohn Shipsey has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Ex- ecutive Director, effective 13 April 2026. John joins with significant Board and Executive Leadership experience, having undertaken the


role of CFO in various companies, including Dyson Limited, Smiths Group plc and Fea- turespace Limited. John also held finance and strategy roles at Diageo plc earlier in his career and served as a Non-executive Direc- tor of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. 
