Due to the nature of its business, the customer


urgently required air compressors which delivered 100% oil-free air - to ensure there was no contamination of oil in its end product - and that were diesel driven to remain independent of the company’s existing system. Owing to our familiarity with the company, its compressed air requirements and its facilities, we were able to act very quickly. We had two PTS 800 air compressors and three PTS 1600


air compressors – both of which are Class Zero ISO8573-1:2010 certifi ed, diesel driven compressors to deliver 100 per cent oil-free air - onsite and mobilised within 24 hours. What’s more, we also provided the required fuel tanks, AdBlue tanks, hoses and accessories. In addition, we provided two energy-effi cient compressed air dryer systems. The swift response of a total solution, in line with the customer’s contingency plans, ensured minimal downtime for the business in what are high demand times.
