leanova, a global leader in advanced industrial filtration solutions, has announced the launch of Sentinel Connect, a new Industrial IoT remote monitoring system designed to deliver real-time visibility, predictive insight, and enhanced operational control for baghouse and dust collection systems. Sentinel Connect securely captures and transmits operational data from dust collectors to the cloud, enabling plant operators and maintenance teams to monitor system performance anytime, anywhere. By transforming real-time data into actionable intelligence, Sentinel Connect helps reduce unplanned downtime, improve regulatory compliance, and optimize filtration performance across industries. “Real time data availability for remote baghouse systems is essential for reliable performance” says Jeremy Borgman, vice president, Field Services, at Cleanova. “Sentinel Connect extends Cleanova’s filtration expertise into the Industrial IoT space, giving our customers greater visibility, faster decision-making, and greater confidence in their operations.” Typical dust collector applications for Sentinel Connect include cement, lime, and aggregates; metals; chemical manufacturing; food; and pharmaceuticals.
BUILT FOR GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS Sentinel Connect connects through worldwide LTE-M (4G) and 2G cellular networks, eliminating dependence on plant IT infrastructure while maintaining full network isolation and end-to-end encrypted data transmission. This architecture enables fast deployment in both modern and legacy facilities across global markets. According to Chris Nixon, product director, “Sentinel Connect is housed in a compact IP66- rated industrial enclosure, and is engineered for harsh operating environments and outdoor
installations. The system integrates an onboard differential pressure sensor and supports multiple analog and digital input channels, allowing users to monitor overall dust collector health as well as additional system parameters.”
TURNING DATA INTO OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE Through Cleanova’s cloud analytics portal, users gain access to:
Real-time dashboards
Automated email and text alerts Historical data storage and reporting Exportable performance reports Secure access from any connected device
This continuous stream of operational insight supports predictive maintenance strategies, improves asset reliability, and enhances environmental compliance confidence.
A SCALABLE IOT SERVICE MODEL Sentinel Connect is offered with flexible IoT subscription plans that include cellular connectivity, cloud analytics access, data storage, alerts, and reporting tools. This service- based model allows customers to scale remote monitoring across single installations or multiple baghouses, with consistent visibility and control.
