The ear th connect ion of a fixed installat ion can be checked on a regular basis. For mobile installations, such as a t ruck, a barrel or an FIBC, the ear th connect ion can easily be forgotten. In addi tion, simple clamps are often used and this connect ion might be neglected and/or be working inefficiently. Cont inuous moni - toring of the earth connect ion is essential The StuvEx ear th monitor ing system permanently monitors the ear th connect ion and uses object recognition, thereby el iminating the possibility of incor rect use :


 Resistive system for general use with barrels, metal objects , etc.  Capacitive system is available in order to recognise tanker trucks.  Conductive system is available for use with FIBC (Big Bag) type C


 Human surveillance over processing is no longer foolproof in today's digitally-controlled technology. CO2 fire fighting offers a straightforward system to rapidly control incipient fires on several industrial installations. A range of safety devices is available for the instant detection of flames and their extinction, thereby preventing their propagation. The device guaranties that the fire is contained and that the shutdown of the production is limited. The system is optimised for industrial process fires (i.e. in spray booths, ovens, dedusting filters, switching cabinets, etc.)


 Very fast response times;  Built-in alarm when CO2 levels drop too much;  Various programmable outflow functions (flooding, intermittent, delayed).


FLASH – Dust explosion suppression system The FLASH explosion suppression system is a flexible, modular system consisting of:  Explosion detectors triggered by static, dynamic or optical monitoring (UV, IR, UV/IR, ...) or a combination.  A multifunctional modular control unit;  Ultra-fast powder extinguishers in different sizes with various types of connection flanges depending on the application.


Standard features available for all configurations are: No pressure vessels! Driven by gas generators with a very long life (up to ten years!!). A revolutionary communication protocol between the various components makes system faults due to EMC radiation on the wiring nearly impossible!
