Regar ding the grout, UNIBOND have a UniBond Grout Reviver Pen that can be used to revive the gr out lines and make it also look like new. This product is a simple pen that can apply a coating over top of the grout to revive its appearance. The coating is also anti-mould to stop mould growth re-occurring. Again, the big tip here is to remove the existing loose mould with bleach.
