Knauf Insulation and YBS have teamed up to create a simple and cost effective way to achieve the required U-values, ideal for new build or re-roof projects. Earthwool Rafter Roll from Knauf Insulation is a semi-rigid roll of glass mineral wool which is lightweight, flexible, resilient and Euroclass A1 non-combustible with extra high thermal performance, it is designed for friction fitting between rafters. When combining Earthwool Rafter Roll with YBS Super Quilt a U-value of 0.18 can be achieved.
