Welcome to the March issue of Converter. Just as it looked like Covid-19 was reducung its impact, the Ukraine crisis came out of seemingly nowhere. As a result, energy prices, already rising sharply, are set to keep soaring while resources and supply chains are – and could be further – disrupted. We can only hope that there will be an end to the conflict soon, for humanitarian reasons of course, but also so that business across the board can find stability after so long without.


In this issue we take a close look at coating & laminating as well as flexible packaging. Other features include slitting & rewinding, static control & web cleaning and some particularly interesting case studies.

Effective 1 February 2022, Mr Distler is assuming responsibility for global sales as senior sales director. Reporting to Mr Distler are the respective industry- focused business development teams, comprising automotive, consumer, medical and packaging.
