TF: ergonomic, high-performance and compact

FRONT-LOADING MACHINE WITH HIGH DIAMETERS AND PERFORMANCE The advantage of the TF, unique in the converting market, is the convenience of single-sided unwinding and winding even with large reels; from now the TF handles reels with an unwinding diameter of 1 metre! This makes it possible to handle even larger rolls without losing machine stability.
Thanks to innovative design and engineering, space and installation heights are signifi cantly reduced, while still producing results that could normally only be achieved by using larger slitters and an unwinding carriage positioned at the rear.
EASY OPERATOR PANEL
A single operator can manage machine control, set-up and operation via a user-friendly mobile control panel divided into: - A touch screen that manages work data set up, diagnostics, alarm management and recipe storage
- Electro-mechanical controls for rapid management of machine operation at each work cycle
CORE POSITIONING
Thanks to the laser pointer, which can be either manual or automatic, TF off ers an innovative system to help position the cores on the winding shafts, increasing convenience and precision.
he TF is the duplex slitter rewinder that we had the pleasure of exhibiting at the current Drupa trade fair (28 May - 7 June) in Düsseldorf.
Taking advantage of the machine’s maximum performance (tangential and wrap-around), diff erent cutting modes are accessible with great ease in their confi guration according to the type of material: - razor blades
- mechanical knives
- independent mechanical knives - pneumatic knives
Positioning can be manual, laser pointer-assisted and automatic.
UNWINDING WEB GUIDING SYSTEM The unwinding fi lm alignment is controlled by an automatic mechanism with multiple edge, line or image reading systems for high precision throughout the process.
UNWINDING TENSION CONTROL Unwinding tension is constant thanks to the braking system with a pneumatic or motor brake and automatic tension control via a dancer roller. The friction shafts, equipped with rings up to a minimum width of 20 mm, also act on the constant winding tension control, independently for each reel.
APPLICATIONS OF THE TF
The TF is suitable for cutting paper and laminated plastic fi lms and, in general, for all materials used in the fl exible packaging sector. The TF is a universal machine, suitable for standard processing, but also for narrow strips and label fi lms.
TF WITH 2 AND 3 MOTORS
The machine is equipped with asynchronous motors, with digital inverters. In the 2-motor version, one is
used for pulling and one for both winding stations, while in the 3-motor version, the fi rst one is used for pulling and the other two take care of the two winding stations respectively.
