SENEVONEWS | Industry Updates Design it. price it. sell the vision:

Senevo opens up new opportunities for coffee companies

For coffee companies and vending operators, supplying the equipment is often only part of the opportunity. The furniture around it can add value to an installation, strengthen the customer’s brand and create an additional source of revenue. Turning that opportunity into a clear, priced proposal, however, can involve time-consuming design work and repeated quotation requests. Senevo Designs has developed its online coffee station configurator to simplify that process. Bringing together interactive 3D design, instant pricing and realistic AI-generated visuals, the platform is described by Senevo as an industry first for configuring and presenting modular coffee station furniture. Drawing on more than 30 years of industry experience, the configurator allows users to design and price a station in as little as 30 seconds. Whether the requirement is a coffee station, beverage station, tea point or equipment base unit, it gives trade partners a straightforward way to add furniture to their existing product range. Thousands of combinations are available through the modular system. Users can select different layouts and finishes, incorporate cup and lid dispensers, waste bins and condiment units, and choose mobile options where flexibility is needed. Graphics can also be uploaded to fit any panel, allowing stations to reflect a coffee supplier’s identity or an end customer’s branding. This level of choice makes it possible to personalise a proposal

while working within a configurable product range. Trade account holders can see pricing as they build, making it easier to assess options and respond to customer enquiries without waiting for a separate quotation each time a configuration changes. The latest addition takes the sales presentation a step further.

Using the platform’s AI visualisation feature, users can turn their configured station into a realistic image, complete with coffee equipment. They can describe an environment—such as an office, hotel or leisure facility—or upload a photograph of the intended location and visualise the station within it. For the customer, this helps answer a question that a standalone

product image cannot always resolve: how will it look in our space? For the supplier, it provides a practical way to present the complete concept and help customers make decisions with greater confidence. The commercial benefit is central to the platform’s purpose.

Coffee companies can introduce a complementary product to their existing customers, increase the potential value of each installation and create an additional revenue opportunity without having to develop their own furniture range or commission a fresh design for every enquiry. Behind the technology is Senevo’s Think • Create • Make

approach, combining an understanding of equipment, workflow and customer needs with modular design and manufacture. The configurator brings that practical experience into a tool that trade partners can use directly, with further features due to be introduced soon.
