IVO’s Battle of the Vending Industry, pitting vending operators against suppliers in fun packed football match, returned for 2025 on Monday 8th December, at the home of

F.C. NIVO planned to up the stakes this year. Thanks to lead sponsor Carabao, NIVO was able to secure Wembley Stadium for the 2025 event. After that, it was full steam ahead as the team hired managers, put together the teams, created a bespoke kit, and designed an event which extracted passion from every player and celebrated of an amazing industry.


THE MATCH Two teams from two sides of the vending industry battled it out for one trophy. Team managers Joe Scaraborough (Team Operators)


and Lee Jenkins (Team Suppliers) both did their best to rally their teams, and though an impressive game was played by all, operators took home the trophy 6-1. Everyone was in high spirits throughout the day, and even smiled


through the heavy rain of the second half of play. ‘A childhood dream come true’ was a general consensus from attendees after the event. NIVO general manager Michelle Hefferon said it was “an amazing without fault event”, adding “I have never seen a game of football played so well by non-professionals. We will have plans for next year’s annual game, so watch this space.”


NIVO IN THE COMMUNITY The NIVO Battle of the Vending Industry raises money for NIVO In The Community, allowing the group to provide monetary donations every quarter for the communities that help make up our industry.
