have now confirmed their

participation in the Building Services Forum – a must attend event for professionals interested in industry best practices and technological innovations essential to decarbonising the built environment. Tickets are still available but don’t delay, go to https://bseeforum.co.uk/ book-tickets/ to secure your place.

Joining us for the briefing

will bring you right into a middle of a multi-pronged debate on how to reduce carbon emissions in building services which will ultimately help the government reach its stated Net Zero target.

The central theme on the day will be on Building Retrofit and its important role in modernising older, less efficient structures while simultaneously lowering carbon emissions. The one-day event, to be held at The Building Centre in London on June 6, will include a line-up of CPD accredited seminars, a table-top exhibition area and a lively panel

discussion hosted by experienced freelance journalist and PR consultant for the building services industry, Ewen Rose. Director of McGowen Those Associates, Ewen has previously edited a number of top industry titles, is chair of the CIBSE You Engineers Awards, has been involved in a number of other prominent industry bodies and is currently supporting the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) with communications and marketing. Mitsubishi Electric has been announced as the headline sponsor and the company is expected to offer insight into current industry trends and introduce some of its cutting- edge product developments. Other top industry bodies and firms to have confirmed their participation in the day’s events include BESA, Polypipe Building Services, Breathing Buildings, Diffusion, Cistermiser, Altecnic and Kingspan.

Marketing Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems UK, Graham Temple, said: “Mitsubishi Electric are proud to be the headline sponsor of the BSEE Forums in 2024. As a manufacturer, we realise we have an important role to play in the Net Zero transition. We also know that we can have a more significant impact through collaboration.”

For Breathing Buildings, VVUK brand manager, Alexis Roberts said: As a leading provider of controlled natural and hybrid ventilation systems, Breathing Buildings is focussed on ensuring that its products are sustainable and energy efficient. The BSEE event is therefore the perfect platform for Breathing Buildings since its aim is to find ways of helping the industry reach Net Zero together.

“The company’s latest innovation, the NVHRe range, utilises hybrid technology to provide natural ventilation with heat recycling and heat recovery with minimal mechanical operation, ideal for commercial applications including educational premises. The units utilise the most energy efficient components, all of which are recyclable. At Breathing Buildings we are looking forward to meeting other industry professionals as we focus on providing solutions to meet the Net Zero challenges. On behalf of British fan coil manufacturer, Diffusion, which

will be exhibiting at the show, Alexis said: “Diffusion is proud to be a sponsor and exhibitor at the Building Services Forum. The focus on Net Zero aligns with Diffusion’s key objective to develop and manufacture truly sustainable products that enable its customers to provide the very best fan coil solutions in a wide range of commercial buildings. “Diffusion’s new Modular Highline 235 fan coils units deliver multiple sustainability benefits including high performance, energy efficiency and ease of serviceability. Furthermore, due to the modular design of its CIBSE award winning fan coil models, the units provide an ideal solution for buildings that under-go a change of use, which perfectly matches the ambitions of the event and its theme ‘Reaching Net- Zero Together’.

“The Diffusion team are keen to support the event and meet other, like-minded industry professionals.” Media partners include School Building, Modern Methods of Construction, Energy and Sustainability Management, ACR News and HVR.
