K

eston, by Ideal Heating, celebrated a successful attendance at ElementalLONDON 2025, held at ExCel

London on 19–20 November, where it showcased its UK-manufactured twin flue boiler range to installers, specifiers and building-services professionals from across the UK. Across the two-day event, Keston highlighted

its leading range of twin flue boilers, including its popular Heat 2 twin flue boiler models, which are available with a variety of Plate Heat Exchanger packages. With outputs from 45 kW to 55 kW and up to 18 metres of twin flue capability, Heat 2 boilers offer a highly flexible solution suitable for a variety of installations. Visitors to the event were also able to learn

more about Keston’s Combi 2 and System 2 boilers. Featuring a sleek and lightweight design, the Combi 2 and System 2 ranges are ideal for both new build and retrofit projects and offer exceptional siting flexibility. Thanks to the Keston twin flue system, they can be positioned up to 27 metres from the flue outlet*, making them suitable for long or challenging flue runs. In addition, Keston’s popular High Rise

Flue Kit was showcased. Constructed in 316 stainless steel, the High Rise Flue Kit offers installers a straightforward and compliant solution for high- rise residential and commercial applications. Commenting on the event, Andrew Dickinson, Senior Business Development Manager said: “Being

part of the first ElementalLONDON event gave us the perfect opportunity to connect with professionals who are tackling real-world installation challenges every day. It was great to be able to show how our twin flue technology can support complex system designs and provide greater flexibility for a wide range of projects.” ElementalLONDON 2025 is the UK’s dedicated event for built-environment professionals focused on

reducing energy use and carbon emissions in commercial and large-scale residential properties. For more information, please visit www.keston.co.uk or call a member of the Keston team on 01482 44 3005.

Inceptor Milli family of fire-rated downlights from Ovia

he compact yet powerful Inceptor Milli Adjustable is the latest addition to Ovia’s growing Milli family of fire-rated domestic downlights. Designed with the same innovation, fire-rated safety and ease of installation as the standard Milli, the adjustable version offers a seamless 360°

rotation and 20° tilt capability to deliver total directional lighting control. Complementing the Inceptor Milli Fixed and Inceptor Milli Baffle versions, Inceptor Milli Adjustable brings unparalleled flexibility, performance and aesthetic appeal for domestic applications. Offering 360° rotation and 20° tilt capability, the light output can be positioned exactly where it is needed. Ideal for new installations and retrofit projects, it has been designed with a cut-out range of 68mm to 75mm, ensuring compatibility with a variety of ceiling apertures. The broader range allows easier replacement of existing downlight without the need for additional adjustments.

Switch it up A key feature of the Inceptor Milli downlight range is the option to seamlessly switch between 6.4W and 4W power outputs using a single switch to offer unprecedented control over lighting environments. There is also the ability to easily switch the colour temperatures between 2700K (Warm White), 4000K (Cool White) and 6500K (Daylight). Setting the Milli apart is the rotatable insulation cover which allows you to install the downlights

safely under insulation but also adjust the cover allowing for 5mm extra clearance. On the adjustable and standard/fixed Milli downlight the insulation cover can be twisted to the up and down position and still fit in a 60mm void. The baffle version fits in a 60mm void when the insulation cover is down and the plasterboard is a minimum thickness of 12.5cm. All three versions – Standard,

Baffle and now Adjustable – are IP65-rated. With a broad cut-out range of 64mm to 75mm, the Milli can be installed in a wide range of existing ceiling downlight cut-outs. The fittings are supplied pre-wired with a Fast-Fit, 3-Pole & Loop Flow connector, and a loose push-fit Flow connector is also supplied in the box which ensures a quick and easy installation process. Five bezel finishes are available,

with a choice of White, Black, Chrome, Satin Chrome and Antique Brass finishes offered.

Hamworthy Heating Expands Tyneham Heat Pump Range with New 65kW Model.

H

amworthy Heating, technical experts in commercial heating and hot water products, is pleased to announce the addition of a new 65kW model to its highly successful Tyneham 290HT commercial heat pump range. This new model increases the range's heating capacity to

meet the growing demand for higher output systems while maintaining its commitment to energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint. Now available in six outputs from 15kW to 65kW, the Tyneham 290HT range is designed to provide

reliable and efficient heating across a variety of commercial settings, including schools, offices and leisure facilities. Using natural refrigerant, the Tyneham 290HT can achieve higher flow

temperatures, whilst benefiting from a low global warming potential (GWP) of just 3. Highly efficient with a coefficient of performance (COP) rating of up to 4.94, the range also features an inverter-controlled compressor*, which adjusts the building temperature according to specific requirements, further enhancing its performance and efficiency. Offering a flexible solution, units can be cascaded to achieve higher outputs, catering to larger buildings or facilities. Furthermore, the Tyneham 290 can be integrated with other Hamworthy Heating products to create a hybrid heating system, offering even greater energy efficiency and supporting efforts to lower carbon footprints. Quiet in operation, with noise levels as low as 64db(A), the Tyneham 290 range is also an excellent choice for commercial buildings where noise control is a consideration. Jason Allen, Commercial Product Manager, comments, “We’re excited

to introduce the 65kW model to the Tyneham 290HT heat pump range. As the industry shifts toward more sustainable energy solutions, this new model strikes the perfect balance of performance and efficiency for larger heating needs, supporting the transition to low-carbon technology”. As part of its commitment to supporting customers in their

transition to low-carbon heating and heat pump technology, Hamworthy has also recently launched a new Commercial Air Source Heat Pump Training Course. This comprehensive training course covers the flexible wiring and

programming options available with our Tyneham R32 and 290HT commercial heat pumps and explores product positioning and other considerations within the Tyneham range, to effectively integrate systems into commercial settings. Also focusing on control strategies, ranging from simple make-and-

break contacts to the latest technology that allows for sophisticated valve operation, hot water circuit management, and hybrid setups, the course
