How to use the platform
EVENT GUIDE
2. How do I view information? Click on the screens on exhibitor stands to view documents and watch videos to help you learn more about your options.
3. Can I save things for later? Yes! Wherever you see the briefcase icon you can add an item to your event bag. Before you log out, make sure you download anything you’d like to keep. Click on the Event bag icon in the main menu, check the box next to the relevant items and click ‘Download Selected’ at the bottom of the window. The file will be zipped, then you can download it direct to your device. Please note: it is not possible to download presentations or videos as the files are too large.
4. Videos aren’t playing, what do I do? Please check you have pop ups enabled and have run a System Check which will flag potential issues.
5. I can’t hear the talks, what do I do? This is usually an issue with your device – please check your headphones/ speakers are working and you haven’t pressed mute!
6. Can I see talks that have already taken place? Yes, all seminars are recorded, and you’ll be able to view them a few hours after a session has finished.
7. Where can I add/change my photo or other details?
Click on the cog icon in the top-right hand corner of your screen and select ‘Edit Registration Info’.
8. Will I be able to access information once the live event has finished? Yes! You’ll be able to view information on exhibitor stands and watch any talks you missed until 5pm on Friday 26 March using the same log in details. However, you will not be able to chat to representatives outside of the live event hours.
I still need help! Head to the Help Desk to speak to an advisor or email
