THE FEDERATION OF DRAMA SCHOOLS
The Federation of Drama Schools brings together 20 of the UK’s premier providers of professional vocational performance training delivered through the intensive practice of the conservatoire model. Studying at an FDS school will give you a head first and hands-on practical experience to develop the specialist skills and creative understanding that you need to build and sustain a career in the performing arts. FDS schools are widely recognised by the creative industries, and graduates from our courses can be found throughout the arts as actors, designers, stage managers, writers, directors, producers and every role in between. SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY
Sheffield Hallam University has been awarded The Times and The Sunday Times University of the Year for Teaching Quality 2020 in recognition of consistently improving levels of student satisfaction. It’s also one of the UK’s largest providers of health and social care courses and teacher training.
Students have access to a wide range of services and support during their time at the university. These services range from financial and accommodation support, health and wellbeing, academic and life skills, faith and spirituality to specialist student support. In their first few weeks, students meet three dedicated advisers for guidance through their university experience, whether support is needed for studies, personal advice or career development.
